CONSENT TO PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA I hereby freely, of my own volition and in my own interest, give my consent to the Autonomous Non‑Profit Organization “Coordination Center for TLD .RU/.РФ” (address: 127083, Moscow, 8 Marta St., building 1, structure 12, OGRN: 1027739030582) (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”) to process my personal data provided during registration for the 16th Russian Internet Governance Forum (hereinafter referred to as the “Forum”) for the purposes of organizing and conducting the Forum, as well as to contact me regarding matters related to my participation in the Forum. The act of filling out the registration form with information constituting personal data and submitting this information to the Operator by clicking the “REGISTER” button constitutes my consent to the processing of such data by the Operator. The processing of personal data is carried out by the Operator in accordance with the Coordination Center’s Personal Data Processing Policy: https://cctld.ru/files/docs/personal_data_policy.pdf. The Operator is entitled to carry out both automated processing of personal data and processing of personal data without the use of automation tools, including transmission via communication channels, the protection of which is ensured through the implementation of appropriate legal, organizational and technical measures provided for by personal data protection legislation. The action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed by the Operator includes: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating (refreshing, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data. This consent is valid from the moment of registration for the Forum (clicking the “REGISTER” button) until its withdrawal by sending a written request (in any form) to the email address info@cctld.ru. I have been informed that in case of withdrawing my consent to the processing of personal data, the Operator is entitled to continue processing the personal data without my consent if there are grounds provided for by Federal Law No. 152‑FZ of July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data”.

CONSENT TO THE TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES I hereby freely, of my own volition and in my own interest, give my consent to the Autonomous Non‑Profit Organization “Coordination Center for the National Domain of the Internet” (address: 127083, Moscow, 8 Marta St., building 1, structure 12, OGRN: 1027739030582, INN: 7703288508) to transfer (provide, grant access to) my personal data submitted during registration for the 16th Russian Internet Governance Forum (hereinafter referred to as the “Forum”) to the following third parties: - LLC “MODAL” (address: 127030, Moscow, Novoslobodskaya St., building 20, floor 2, room 27, office 11, OGRN: 1207700490062, INN: 7707447090); - LLC “Yandex.Cloud” (address: 119021, Moscow, Lev Tolstoy St., building 16, premises 528, OGRN: 1187746678580, INN: 7704458262) (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Third Parties”) for the purpose of organizing accreditation at the Forum. I agree that the transfer of my personal data to the Third Parties will be carried out using machine‑readable storage media, via communication channels and/or in the form of paper documents, with the implementation of measures ensuring their protection against unauthorized access. The processing of personal data by the Third Parties may be carried out both with and without the use of automated means. The action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed by the Third Parties includes: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating (refreshing, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data. This consent is valid from the moment of registration for the Forum (by clicking the “REGISTER” button) until its withdrawal by sending a written request (in any form) to the email address info@cctld.ru.

CONSENT TO RECEIVE NEWSLETTERS I hereby give my consent to the Coordination Center for TLD RU to receive newsletters, including news about the organization's activities, event announcements, and other information related to the Coordination Center's activities. This consent may be withdrawn at any time by sending a written notice to 127083, Moscow, 8 Marta St., 1, bldg. 12, and/or to unsubscribe@cctld.ru.
