Conference Registration

CONSENT TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING I hereby give my consent to the Coordination Center for TLD RU (hereinafter – the Operator) to process my personal data provided during conference registration for the purpose of organizing and conducting the conference, as well as for contacting me regarding my participation in the conference. Personal data processing includes collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data. This consent is valid until revoked by sending a written notice to the Operator.

CONSENT TO RECEIVE NEWSLETTERS I hereby give my consent to the Coordination Center for TLD RU to receive newsletters, including news about the organization's activities, event announcements, and other information related to the Coordination Center's activities. This consent may be withdrawn at any time by sending a written notice or using the unsubscribe link in newsletter emails.

CONSENT TO PUBLISH PARTICIPATION INFORMATION I hereby give my consent to the Coordination Center for TLD RU to publish information about my participation in the conference, including the placement of my last name, first name, middle name, organization name, and position in the conference participant lists, on the conference website, in conference materials, and in other information materials related to the conference. This consent may be withdrawn by sending a written notice to the Operator at least 7 days before the start of the conference.
